How it works

Four stages that take your idea from a closed shell to a plan you run every week.

1. Cracking the shell — the interview

You start with one sentence. The assistant asks one focused question at a time — customer, problem, pricing, capital, timeline — and adapts each question to your previous answer instead of running a fixed form.

2. Keeping the kernel — the Business Brain

Every answer becomes a labelled fact with a status: confirmed by you, an assumption to validate, an AI suggestion, market research or a financial estimate. Nothing is silently invented, and you can see the whole memory at any time.

3. Growing the plan

The assistant writes a 12-section business plan: idea, customer, problem, solution, market, competition, model, pricing, marketing, operations, financials and risks. Change your mind in the chat and regenerate — the plan follows the conversation.

4. Weekly execution

The plan converts into one clear milestone and five to seven concrete tasks for this week, weighted toward validation and revenue rather than internal polish. Tick them off and generate the next week.

Built for the GCC context

AED pricing, mainland versus free-zone licensing scenarios, local marketing channels, and a full English/Arabic interface. Legal and financial outputs are preparation support and should be reviewed by a licensed professional.
